Wedding planning is all about the details - which might be right up your alley, or a whole lot of overwhelm. We’re happy to work at your speed, whether you have a fully-developed vision, or just a vague idea you’re wanting brought to life.
We build on your ideas, drawing inspiration from your venue, your goals for the aesthetic (Black tie? Boho? A forest fairyland?), and what florals and foliages are in season and best suited to the task, to deliver the floral package of your dreams. Just as every client and event is different, all of our designs and concepts are custom - we enjoy the creative process and making something just for you. Our hope is that you’ll feel like you have a partner in us, and that you’ll leave your event thinking your florals were exactly what you were thinking, only better!
the experience
Let’s get to know each other! We’ll typically start the intake process with a quick phone call to meet, talk event goals and scope, and answer any questions you may have. Have a favorite flower, or loathe a certain bloom? We want to know about it. Got a Pinterest board or some inspiration pictures you adore? Send ‘em over!
HEY THERE, LET’S CHAT
After our chat, we’ll put together your floral proposal! We’ll build out a mood board based on your inspiration and ideas, and put together a quote package. We’ll often quote a couple of design concepts that will work well for your event, so that you can decide where best to allocate your budget. Once we send the proposal, we’ll hold your date for you for 1 week, so you have some time to peruse, ask questions, etc.
THE PROPOSAL
When you’ve decided that we’re the one, we’ll lock it down with a 30% retainer and a signed contract. We’ll stay in touch as your planning evolves, and can tweak the scope as needed, in the event of that extra bridesmaid, change of palette, or you decide that we need to up the romance with a whole lot of candles. We’ll have another call to finalize the details about a month before your event, and final payment is due 3 weeks before the date.
BOOKING AND PLANNING
You concentrate on getting glammed up and celebrating with your favorite people, we’ll handle all the work. We’ll be on-site to set up, hang out behind the scenes to flip any spaces/elements after your ceremony (when applicable), and swing after your event to clean up, unless arranged otherwise. Your job is to have a great time, ours is to bring great flowers!

Coastal cliffs, beautiful beaches, and stately redwoods - Northern California is made for some dramatic elopement moments. We’ll set you up with an equally impactful bouquet and boutonniere and probably be a little emotional about the gorgeous day you’re about to have!
